can meet your stage needs. The majority of portable amd mobile stages use industry standard SteelDeck. The whole stage is professionally constructed and safety checked. We can erect and complete hired stage solution include roof and side linings, curtains access steps toramps, dressing rooms etc.

So you have the sound, the stage and you're ready to go. But what about your guests?
Trac2
can organise hospitality marquees, spectator seating and covered seating. These aspects of an outdoor event / festival don't initially spring to mind when you're arranging bands and performers etc. However, they are no less important. You don't want your guests remembering you event for the wrong reasons. Nowhere to sit down aching legs, wind swept and possibly wet. Glastonbury is famous and remembered for just one thing. "rain and mud" You want your guests to remember your event for all the right reasons, so make it happen that way. (We can also supply temporary roads for access and crown management).

Portable festival licensed bar
A fully licensed and staffed bar is always a great attraction, stocked with a selection of soft drinks, wines, beers and spirits. The experienced staff are used to catering for large crowds with and efficiency as cool as the beer. For safety, plastic and disposable glasses are used, drinks are not served in bottles and "beer token" is usually deployed to maximise the enjoyment for all.

How do Trac2 stop people getting drunk and disordily at the bar |

The trained staff running the mobile licensed bar service will refuse to serve alchol to anyone sho is clearly drunk or under aged. However we can't prevent alchohol from being brought onto site. This would have to be the handled by the event organisers and their security team.

A fast and efficient stage hire service is the result.
